In February BGG voted on the best game illustrators / graphic artists: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/19153

The result: a BGG Hall of Fame. In other words: this list.

In this list the top illustrators according to BGGers who voted on the first list. BGG picked these artists as the best. That may mean nothing, it may mean everything, I think it means: quite an impressive list of artists!

Here are the best game illustrators according to us:

wow, second place.
yeeehaw. :)
but i don't think, that this shows the real world.
my advantage is, that friedemann let me do everyting i want.
i can do it my way.
so it's easy to recognize my stuff.

anyway.

i'm just working on my website, so if anybody wants to see some of my other stuff, just come and look:
www.supermaura.de

but it will take a while to get it ready.
i think, in two weeks, there will be some stuff in there.
now we have 29.08.2007.

She is a personal favorite. Her style fits the boardgame genre perfectly. Creative, colorful and amusing... makes the gameboard and pieces 'pop' and yet it is enjoyable for all age levels.
