Ok, here is your chance to beat the Christmas Rush.
This Math Trade is open to all types of games, game accessories, and BGG-specific goodies(with limits), and limited numbers of non-BGG related items (see Restrictions, below).
We will be using TradeMaximizer's prioritization.
If you are new to Math Trades in general, please check Lindsey Dubb's Math Trade Guide http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/93555 for further information on how this works.
Info: Forum Thread: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/241333 Software Used: TradeMaximizer 1.2c using linear priorities List Cap: NONE Max Per User: Unlimited Duplicates: The same game may be listed more than once, even by the same person if desired.
Restrictions on Items: Any game or other item covered by the Geek (including Geekgold, microbadge coupons, and so forth) is allowed. DVD's, RPG items, game accessories, game realted books are allowed also. People must contact me first for permission to add anything else, and they must be listed as Outside the Scope of BGG; only items with substantial geek value will be allowed, and I will limit the numbers to keep them from overwhelming the list.
Geekgold restrictions:
Users may not post more geekgold than they currently have. Geekgold arbitrage IS NOT allowed for this math trade. GG items MUST be listed as Misc Game Accessory. No user may list more then 4 GG items in this math trade.
Sweeteners: Allowed, and may include non-game items without restriction. Information To Include: The usual - condition and any shipping restrictions.
If you have shipping restrictions you must list them. [/i]If you do not include shipping information then you are offering to ship anywhere at your cost. Please try and be as specific as possible in listing your shipping restrictions [/i]
Please do not delete items from the geeklist. If you no longer wish to trade an item, edit the item to say so and submit a blank want list of it.
If you wish to request that an item be added to this math trade, use the request geeklist. It is located at:
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/26270 Note: Use of the request geeklist is optional. You can list games on Math Trade list even if they have not been requested.
Timeline: Deadline to Add Games: 10pm EST on Fri Nov 23rd Summary Posted: Fri Nov 23rd Deadline to Submit Want Lists: 10 pm EST on Sunday Nov 25th. Results posted: approx 11:30pm Sunday Nov 25th[/b]
To ensure fairness I will be posting my want lists to the discussion thread on the shortly after the summary is posted.
Want lists should be sent to Boomer in a single GeekMail, and use a subject line of "MATH TRADE WANT LIST". The Summary will use a combination of the item number and abbreviated name to label entries in the Summary, i.e. if entry 18 is Power Grid the Summary entry will look like:
0018-PGRID Power Grid
and the Want List submitted by the owner of Power Grid should look like
(Boomer) 0018-PGrid : 0371-Thurn 0425-Magic
Note: Each want list begins with your username in ( ) followed by your item-number followed by a colon. The username and colon are required.
If you have multiple items up for trade, you must submit one want list for each item, but you can combine them into a single Geekmail. When the results are announced, item winners should contact their current owners, but owners may feel free to contact the winners if they want.
--------------------------------------------------------------- Here is an example of the new format for want lists, including the duplicate protection feature.
(Boomer) %Vegas : 0009-VEGAS 0015-VEGAS 0022-VEGAS 0107-VEGAS (Boomer) %ALEA : 0105-PUERT 0510-FIFTH 0322-PRINC (Boomer) 0020-CARCD : %VEGAS %ALEA 0063-NEXUS 0099-NEXUS (Boomer) 0033-METRO : %VEGAS 0063-NEXUS 0099-NEXUS 0102-PGRID
In the above example, notice the username at the begining of each want list, this should help reduce errors when the master want list file is created. The 2nd thing to note is the : after the item number, this is for readability and to help eliminate wordwrap errors.
The first line in the want lists is an example of duplicate protection. Lets say there are 4 copies of Vegas Showdown and I don't want to receive more than 1. If I put all 4 on each want list, I may get more than 1 copy. So, to protect against that, I create a "dummy item" in this case %Vegas. You can name the dummy item anything you wish as long as it begins with a %.
Since %Vegas is treated as one item, it can only receive one item.
I then put %Vegas on multiple want lists but I can only get 1 item from it, thus I can only get 1 copy of Vegas Showdown.
You can group any combination of items in a dummy item, they don't all need to be the same game.
The 2nd dummy item shown above, %ALEA is an example of putting different games in one dummy item.
For the 2 copies of Nexus Ops, I listed both of them in each of my want lists, in this case I may end up with 2 copies of Nexus Ops.
As you can see, the duplicate protection does not need to be used for all games, you can turn it on for the games you don't want duplicates and not use it for games that you'd be happy with duplicates.
Lastly note that uppercase/lowercase does not matter.
If you have questions, please ask.

Pass the Bomb -- the contents are complete but the box was the victim of an overzealous taper-upper at Goodwill so there's some parts of the box where the labeling is torn off. (Id does, however, still work as a box.)
I will pay for shipping to the continental US.
SWEETENER:
Apples to Apples, probably the victim of the same taper-upper, but everything is in good condition otherwise.

Box top has 3 split corners, but is otherwise is decent shape (only minor shelf wear). Game is complete except for 2 missing investment tokens (1 T-Bill and 1 Collectibles); this doesn't really impact gameplay. Box bottom bulges inward a bit on one side; top is fine and has no split corners.
Free shipping to the US, first $10 elsewhere.

Parts in fairly good condition (game has been played maybe twice), box only has minor shelf wear. One of the cardboard wall pieces has a tear in it but still stands fine.
Game is missing a few non-essential pieces: 1 grenade item, 5 healing potion items, 3 gold coins, and all player "base camps"/"pits" (which are only used to store your things). Everything else is intact and in good condition, including all heroes, monsters & monster health chits, weapons, treasure chests, dice, doors, etc.
Free USPS parcel post shipping to the US, first $10 shipping elsewhere (or towards a different shipping method).

I'm expecting at least five trades this time.
Comeon!
You know you want merchant of venus!
You know it. Perhaps you'd take that used copy of Bang! that someone just posted...?
no, but there is ONE thing on the list that might go on my want list if my wife approves.
I was really hoping for descent with expansions.
Nacht der magier would be awesome too (though I think I'd want a small sweetener with that one).
Watertown
Massachusetts
I'm surprised no one dumped tide of iron or zooloretto on here...
It would be a crying shame if someone "dumped" those here. :-)
I suspect that the HBs that have been added are from Tanga's last offering (since the most recent batch probably hasn't been shipped yet, and won't arrive at the traders for another week or two, at a minimum).
Milwaukee
Wisconsin
So to anyone reading who's interested in trading for HB, at least you won't have to wait a while for mine to be shipped.
