The programmer says they want to make an OPEN CCG game player, and all the players need are photos of the cards to actually play. Seems like the core concept is good, but I'm not so sure the actual interface is usable.
However, I'm importing all of the ShadowRun TCG card images, which I recently downloaded as a plugin while fiddling with Lackey, http://lackeyccg.com/ a surprisingly good card playing interface for PC/Mac/Linux which also is open, meaning you can play if you get photos of all the cards...
Um, I was saying I'm dloading those into my iPhone so maybe I can play w/Wagic?
Anyone have any opinions on Wagic? Or Lackey? I think Lackey has a thread on here... AHA!

Lackey sorta works. After patching & wiggling around a tragic UI, i played one game of ShadowRun TCG w/someone. Was slow & painful -- just like i remember the game.
All reviews describe Wagic to be a bold concept but a horrible delivery. No have not tested & can't confirm.
I can confirm I have not played ANY good ccg's on iPhone, yet.
Just dloaded Stack & Deploy which has a lot of positive reviews, but seems both challenging and a bit awkward.
