The actual trades will take place at the event so PLEASE don't add anything to this list unless you can have your games at the trade area on Saturday, September 20 at 3:00 pm. Updated exchange news:
You will be able to drop off your math trade games as you register any time beore 3:00 pm Saturday, September 20. Math trade games will be labelled with Post-It Notes and placed in a secure location. I'll sort the games by recipient and have them available for pick-up at 3 pm. We'll put a sign up and make sure that we're easy to find.
This improved method means that you do not have to haul your games around all weekend! It also means that distribution should be quick and easy, so if you're involved in a game at 3 all you have to do is step away for a couple of minutes. Punctuality will be appreciated! If you can't be there right at 3, please make alternate arrangements with me ahead of time.

The way you denote this (and send it to me) is to put together a list that starts with the number of your item on the list and then list the numbers of the games you want in order of preference afterward.
So, if your game is number 12 on the list and you want games 48, 3, 38, and 73, you would send a list:

Please double-check your numbers! We don't want anybody to be disappointed because they made a typo.
