I bought an instant lottery ticket today for a dollar (I lost by the way).
Anyway, it got me thinking "Why don't we have a GeekGold Lottery on BGG?!" So, I'm taking it upon myself to start one.
Official Rules:
 Add an item to the Geeklist. Anything you want.
 Tip the Geeklist 1 GeekGold.
 At the end of one week, an item will be selected randomly and the person who posted it will recieve all the GeekGold in the pot.
 Only one entry per person. No duplicate accounts please!
 Thumb the Geeklist to keep it on the front page. Or don't thumb it to increase your chances of winning (the fewer items on the list, the better the odds)!
The first weekly GeekGold Lottery will end at 8:00 PM EST on Thursday, September 11th. The winner will be announced and will recieve the total GeekGold tipped to the Geeklist.

EDIT: I've deleted the first item since it's no longer needed as a placeholder and it'll now be easier to make sure that the number of items matches the GeekGold in the pot.
EDIT: In case you're wondering, I'll be using a random integer generator found here: http://www.random.org/integers/ to determine the winner.

Great idea for a geeklist!
I chose this game because its designer has just made a very nice presentation of his efforts in a bgg forum but more importantly because I downloaded and read its rules and it looks like a pretty good game.
