I have been reading the various threads/geeklists relating to Arts Cow Card Decks, and thought it may be handy to have a list of all the card sets that people have had done, with direct links to the albums they have made.

So if you have made a deck and would like to share the files with others, add it to the list.

PLEASE NOTE: Some items have been removed from this list as they violate the site policies against posting content which aids in making copies of published games without clear consent from the rights holders. Please do not post items that fall into this category.

It has been suggested that this list might be better in alphabetical order, to assist in finding games. So now it is.

If you want some good advice on how to successfully make a deck, visit this thread: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/395699

UPDATE: "There has been some confusion about how to create a link to read-to-buy cards, but I think with the help of Wulf Corbett and Grimwald, we've worked it out. To create an album of pre-edited cards with an 'add to cart option', the album creator should click the link in the Silverlight editor that says 'share with friends'. Then, on the next screen where you can email to a friend, you have to click the checkbox that says 'Allow add to cart'. That provides you with a working link that can be posted. I believe (though I'm not certain) that this does not allow you to go through the process of editing the album to combine decks, customize and such, so this method does subtract some utility." - As suggested by Nick L (nicodemus055)

I cut up the card images available from Michael Schacht's website; unfortunately the images are low res. Card back by SiskNY. Card images need to be "zoomed out" several steps in the designer. Also included the counters for the game.

IMPORTANT: As noted by spearjr & terp8in in the comments below, using just one of each card in this album does not make a complete Richelieu deck. You need to duplicate some cards when creating the deck in ArtsCow; see terp8in's comment for details.

Also see terp8in's ArtsCow link in the first comment for a tweaked, higher resolution version of the cards.

This seemed like a good candidate for an easy retheme, so my version of Richelieu is called Iskanbul. It is based on a steam/fantasy setting I've toyed with off and on for different board/card games. The 9 regions of France are now the 9 major factions in the city of Iskanbul, and the three power symbols have become the three gods of Iskanbul (Arkina, Gaio, Mekka, representing magic, nature and technology). My album does not include influence tokens, as I just use cubes for that. Plays identically to Richelieu.

http://www.artscow.com/ShareAlbum.aspx?Key=vn3gdj3t

This was my first full-blown experiment with just using fonts to provide the symbols. Yes, I have no artistic talent, heh. (The card back/background image I actually paid for off clipart.com which is why that part rocks ).

I own Richelieu and the recent IoS App. I like the theme of the App (Web Of Power Card Game - The Duel) more and it inspired me to create my own retheme of the card game.

As a major Game of Thrones geek, it seemed like a natural. So I created two decks. The Game deck featuring several of the Houses in the books and a token deck for player markers and game tokens. I used a round deck for the token deck.

The token deck is only 26 cards, so I doubled it up. So if you order two copies of the game deck, you need only 1 copy of the token deck for two playable copies of the game. But if you plan to use your own tokens (as round cards are not as nice as tokens) then you only need to order the game deck.

**I do not recommend you order these decks yet! I just ordered them today (at 20% off and free shipping using the code SITESALE), and I will post here on how they came out once I receive them.

Links:

Game Cards:
http://www.artscow.com/gallery/playing-cards/game-of-thrones...
(Because this deck had room for 6 more cards, I made an alternative Baratheon deck --with the Flaming Heart shield instead of the regular Baratheon shield --for those who want to use the "Stannis" version. I will probably update the deck with rules/player aids and get rid of one of the Baratheon versions at some point.

Token Deck
http://www.artscow.com/gallery/card/game-of-thrones-token-an...
This deck includes player markers and alternative version of Night's watch (+1 castle) and Sandor Clegane (+1 sword). The houses get +1 from the various houses that support them. For example the Stark "+1" token is represented by House Karstark.

Each player has a deck of 31 cards and 4 pilots to choose from. I have also prepared three rules cards. The cards need to be separated for each player, so I have included two different card backs.

Some of the cards need to be printed twice. This should be indicated by the card name.

So... Richthofen Card 33-34 Ax Leading the Target would need printing twice (indicated by the two numbers (33 and 34) in the file name, while Richthofen Card 25 Al Shot down in flames would only need to be printed once.

If different card backs are required, the Allied and Axis cards can be distinguished by the 'Al' (for Allied) and 'Ax' (for Axis) included in the file name.

I have also done three optional rule cards, although possibly they would come out a bit small.

unfortunately, there's no easy way to make this game fit a deck (or two) of 54 standard cards.

In my hunt to get hold of a copy of this game I accidently managed to acquire two copies, although the cards for one of them were so worn as to be almost unplayable. Using scans from the 'good' set, I therefore created these as replacements - sample:-

There were 90 cards in the game so it requires printing out 2 different Artscow decks - they should be available as an add to cart via the links below:-

http://www.artscow.com/gallery/playing-cards/riddle-of-the-r... deck 1

http://www.artscow.com/gallery/playing-cards/riddle-of-the-r... deck 2

Deck 2 has some blanks, spares and 'Secret Spaces' cards.

NEW AND IMPROVED GALLERY - I will be ordering these shortly and an update will be made once they arrive. This now includes the individual card backs (as seen in the original gallery) plus a black back for a single back style deck (more uniform and can save you a buck). I am going to also work up some rules cards so that the last few cards in my 3x Risk express deck will not go wasted.

Fingers crossed!

*These did not turn out great. There are a bit fuzzy. I will try to work this out I will be working to get these in a more polished state. Suggestions?

Since it is only 14 cards: a) I did not make it its own "completed project" for the link and b) it is a good filler for ordering other games. I a going to order it with some power grid cheat sheet cards, monad chips for Monad, and maybe another set for a Risk Express gift.

This is a full set of Indiana Jones Risk Express in card format. You'll just need the dice.

(Also with Incan Gold and some space making extra cards from Forbidden Island, not sure what to put here. I have a few spaces available... Suggestions?)

This is a link to a few Risk themed items which I had no hand in creating. I simply cut up the existing pdf's into card sized jpegs and uploaded them for my own good. Hopefully they can be of some use to somebody else! I just submitted my order for them a few hours ago so whenever they come in, I will provide some feedback.

First up is Risk Express with dice pips instead of Risk symbols. This allows you to play Risk Express with any old dice instead of having to print out stickers for blank dice. This file was uploaded here http://www.boardgamegeek.com/filepage/72956/square-and-d6-ve... by user crusher100

Second is Risk Express "Mario Dice" retheme by BankerNot1. Downloadable here http://www.boardgamegeek.com/filepage/83801/re-theme-mario-d... but you won't find the custom card backs in the pdf. You can email him for the files or you can just print them from artscow through the link.

And last but not least is the Risk Legacy Bonus Cards http://www.boardgamegeek.com/filepage/73938/risk-legacy-bonu... uploaded by MrMan2k3. I will be making a separate entry for them here as well but just figured I'd let you know what you're looking at.

I created a fan made Option Deck for RoboRally. Most of these have come from the known RoboRally websites from people who have made option cards for the game. I simply gathered the best into 1 deck. Some of these sources include:

http://www.robofactory.de/pages/content/cards.htm
http://www.kedanya.org/roborally/options.html

Some of them I changed the name or a few words, a couple of them I changed how they worked. One good example of a change is the dart gun. Robots can't get poisoned, so I changed it to virus darts. I mean, c'mon...poisoned robots? No offense to the creator, great idea, but a poor application. A couple of them were almost exactly as others found elsewhere, but renamed them and changed how they worked.

And if they don't completely match, buy sleeves that have colored backs! I do this myself, I use yellow backs for options and gray for program cards.

A friend of mine wanted a sabacc deck, and since I couldn't find one on artscow, I decided to make one myself.
For full disclosure, this is not my art, and I only ported it to the site.
The sabacc deck was found online here, and to round out the second deck, I've added a copy of Star Wars Force Struggle, with permission from Ryan Messick.

I just received the decks about a week ago, and they are OK.
The colors on the coins suite are a bit watered out, and do not resemble the color you see on the screen.
I'm not sure if this is a problem on the files, or simply something went wrong while printing, but it doesn't affect gameplay.
Also the borders on the cards might be uneven, but it's not noticeable enough for someone to abuse it.

In any case, here's the links to the deck:
Part 1
Part 2

And here's the link for Ryan's Force Struggle deck, which will give you two copies of the game.

Shanghein is a two-player pirate game, so I've done a retheme using Lego Pirate of the Caribbean. Images are from the Lego PotC Brikipedia site, fine for non-commercial use.

The base game has 40 sailors in 8 colours (Suites)

and eight Trick cards

In addition 4 expansions have been done and made available to download and print, 3 of these consist of a pair of cards and 1 a single card. The latest is the Crazy Captain, that I went with Davy Jones

Combining all these gives you 55 cards. So I have done version for each in my retheme and uploaded to an artscow album:
http://www.artscow.com/ShareAlbum.aspx?Key=hagaxosg

this includes a card back

To get a full single 54 card deck you may want to omit the third expansion ExtraKart-3 (sh3-extra3) which is a single card placed to one side up for one player to use first - it makes sense to have this on a thicker card tile.

Finally if you haven't used artscow yet, please use http://www.artscow.com/?Ref=586939 to sign up (my referral link) as it gets me quarter of a credit towards a card deck.

Shattered Olympus is a tactical mythological card game for 2-4 players. Two factions fight with unique heroes on a battlefield und can play cards from a central card pool. With crystal as resource, they can built up their fighting forces with units, equipment, spells and locations. To win the game, one faction has to defeat the opponent heroes. The card deck is customizable to provide a huge amount of variety. This game was designed to minimize the impact of luck and therefore doesn’t include dies or coin flipping mechanics.

I decided to make Shenanigans available on ArtsCow

This is for the original set (108 cards so you need set 1 and 2). This has the original artwork (there were only minor changes to the tuckbox sets).

Set 1:

Set 2:

Rules and player aids are found here:

*Note - The rules mention 2-players, but they are the same for any number of players. The card distribution numbers in the rules is not for the smaller deck, not the ArtsCow set.

I've ordered a set of my redesign of Slapshot (which you can read about here). And I thought I'd share the album in case anyone wanted to do the same.

The Artscow album I've uploaded has: 84 Player cards, 3 blank Player cards, 1 card back, and 1 cover art. It requires two 54-card decks to complete.

You will have to download the rest of the files (the rules, the gameboard, etc) from BGG at http://www.boardgamegeek.com/filepage/40498.

Race/Power cards from the thread here - http://boardgamegeek.com/article/12661834
Note - I did not create the album, just think it is neat.

(If someone knows how to convert this to a 'get now' link that would be great.)

Now you can order professionally printed Snack Factory cards directly from Artscow:

Deck Link

This game requires only a single deck of 54 game cards, making it ideal for special deals!

Here's the link to the file to make your own tuckbox to hold the game cards, reference cards, rules and score sheets.

(Updated: This game was affected by the Artscow server crash of 05/2010. The deck has been rebuilt and the direct link updated.)
