Well the inspiration for this geeklist won’t be too hard to get, it’s a bit of a shameless shill for upcoming release of my game Triumvirate. I haven’t done an exhaustive search, but I believe that it is the first board game to be released in Latin. What better way to really set the theme of a game set in the classical Roman period then to have the rules themselves be written so Caesar, Pompey and Crassus could have read them!

In this list I'd like to ask my fellow geeks to add the games that sound like they should have come with latin rules.
There are also two contests associated with this list:

First - A free copy of my game to the first person that adds a game that was released with Latin rules

Second - A free copy of my game to be given to a randomly selected person among those who have thumbed this list. Updated - Current Winner here is for Bang! - It has rules in Modern latin only, so still room for a game with confirmed rules in Classical Latin

Both Contests will close on Saturday Midnight Pacific Time at which point winners will be announced.

So without further ado, I give you those games that do (or sound like they should have) come with rules in Latin

From the BGG drescription: "By request the game rules will also be in Latin!"

A bit obscure, but I think this meets your criteria (your regulam ludi? )

Hera and Zeus are the Greek counterparts to the Roman Juno and Jupiter. Seems like game should also be in Latin (as well as Greek).

How about if I add an entire geeklist to your geeklist?

My list has quite a number of games where the name (but not the rules) are in Latin (if somewhat poor Latin for some). Also, translations into English are provided either by me and my meager skills or by others.

No Latin rules here... but probably should be.

With Caesar himself involved in this game, how could he understand what to do to conquer the other provinces, influence the citizen or improve his compentencies without these rules in Latin?

It appears as though this description of a Tarot deck is in Latin: http://trionfi.com/0/b/11/t1.php

I also find it interesting that this translation is from before 1425 whereas BGG lists Tarot's date of origin as 1430.

The first line of the translation harkens to a true gaming philosophy:

"Seeing that it is inevitable for virtuous toil to be weakened by fatigue, if the time be excessive, it might be asked whether it be fitting for a man to find recreation from the weariness of virtue in some kind of game."

Chapter 2 begins with historical notes on ancient armies (pps36-38). Ancient Empires (pps.38-45) goes into greater depth explaining the armies of Rome from acies triplex to valli. We who are about to die salute you! Rules for gladiator contests (pps 45-48) includes the recitation in Latin to the emperor (judge) "Ave Caesar, morituri te salutamus!". Warfare of the Ancients (pps 48-51) is another variation on the period. And finally, Eagles High (p.271) finishes off with yet another way of doing ancient miniatures games.
