This is my first GeekList -- go easy. A comment by Brian Bankler on GeekList <A TARGET=BLANK HREF=http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist.php3?action=view&listid=3776> http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist.php3?action=...tid=377...;/A> gave me an idea for this.
This list is brought to you by one of the most annoying and ill-conceived characters in all of fiction. What games would Jar Jar Binks enjoy? A game can make this list if at least one of the following is true:
(a) It forces you to speak gibberish (b) It doesn't seem to make any sense, no matter how many times you play (c) It is just really, really, really annoying.
Extra points for games satisfying all of the above, or games satisfying any of the above that actually have a Star Wars related theme. I could go so many other directions with this, but let's not.
Feel free to add to this list.

Ubi Seychellian seashells schucked? Ubi Tarheel State's Tarheel tucked? Ubi Kojak lick his lolly?
This game (and Bankler's comment on it) inspired this list. It also fits criteria (a), (b), and (c). I must embarassingly admit that I own this.

Sit around for an hour saying things like "ASK RUDE ARRIVE HER," and you'll have the sense of this game. I played this once and it was torture. I think Lucas may have been playing this when he dreamed up Jar Jar.

You end up saying weird things when you can't say certain words. Extra points, since Taboo sounds like Naboo. Also, see criterion (c) above.

My son got this as a gift. It has a Jar Jar card. And it is really annoying. (The card or the game, take your pick.)

I haven't played this, but it sounds as if the rhymes would lead to some Jar Jar-esque language.

According to the summary, "the object of the game is to score the LEAST amount of points by using the most words in your hand of cards to fill in the blanks in various stories." In Star Wars, Episode I, the object was to make the most amount of money by giving the most words to the LEAST interesting character, thus filling various blanks in the plot. So, I think it qualifies.

A logic puzzle pretending to be a game. Askew? Stacked? More than three on the table? Red over Blue?

This one not only makes you sometimes speak Gibberish, but act silly enough to be Jar Jar Binks! (Try to act out a trombone playerin a Dixieland Jazz Marching Band and you will see what I mean!)

Well due to the fact that this character is obviously a horid racial stereotype (supported by the fact that Lucas also included a hooknosed money scrounging slave owner, and evil asian merchants) Jar Jar would fit right at home in this atrocity.

I have several Halloween tombstones we put out each year. They are inspired by the satirical Simpsoms Halloween episode Tombstones.
As therapy after Episode 1 came out I labeled one of them:
R.I.P.
Jar-Jar Binks
"Meesa Dead!"
Albany
New York
And (shudder) Jake Lloyd as Bilbo?
"Whoa, slaying spiders is scary Artoo! Man, I'm cute!"
Perhaps (faint of heart attack) Hayden Christiansen as Bard the Hunter?
Ewan MacGregor as a "younger" Gandalf?
Yoda in the role of Thorin?
Let's all pray that Peter Jackson never suffers the dreaded disease Lucassinitis.
