Giving games away. Make someone's Christmas a little boardgamier
- Steen Bang-Madsen(Stony)Denmark
I'm going to list a couple of good games, that I won't miss, which will most likely become an appreciated addition to someone else's collection.
This is where you come in. Do you know someone, who could use an extra christmas gift? Someone less fortunate? Some shy on cash during their studies, making it hard to find the money for new games? Or someone who just deserves some boardgaming love this christmas?
Then nominate them!
But only nominate someone you think in need, and whom you think would appreciate that particular game. Add a (brief) story why you think they deserve it.
December 1st. I will pick a nominee for each game, and I will pack the games nicely. They will be labeled "To [receivers name]. From a friendly Geek. Do not open until Christmas". I will cover shipping costs of my games to wherever. No strings attached.
PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT THE GEEKLIST ENTRIES. They should be reserved for nominations. Entries not nominating should be kept in the general comments, thank you.
Feel free to join in, if you have a game, that just sits on your shelf. No game is too small, if only it is in good condition.
