As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you, now remain in my love. You did not choose me, but I chose you, and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit, fruit that will last. -- Jesus Christ
This is the traditional weekly thrift and bargain finds list.
These lists may start empty but as always: add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted boardgames bought new. Don't forget to add your encounters with the Thrift Store Irritant Squad™ and any other embellishments in order to make it even more interesting.
The Weekly Thrift List Wayback Machine The Grand Vizier is maintaining a list of all the weekly thrift lists through time, and will be adding stats and interesting tidbits for each week. Your Thrift Store Bargain Finds Through Time

Limited internet access these days. Will still check-in to view mail and log games. Just won't be participating as much in forums for the near future.
Could not edit the previously entered item. What I thought was a low rated expansion turned out to be the whole game, with an emphasis on the Two Towers. Still, it was only a buck at the Ochoco GW outlet.
A little bit of this n that today. First was this, and it really was just this as pictured, an empty hard blue case. No barn or anything else could be found. However, I've already got a caseless Barnyard Bingo set that will love to be reunited with a case. 99 cents DAV
Unbelievable price of 99 cents for this at GW. Big boxes hardly ever get marked so cheap. Haven't finished inventory yet but looks promising. Edit: Complete, one swan is headless but I can use one from my parts copy.
$3.99 complete. Components in great condition. Everything in baggies. Had never heard of this before, but it looks really cool. I do really hope to play this soon. It has a cool fortress type thing that you play on.
$1.99 for the centaurs vs goblins starter with 30 tokens. $.99 each for four booster packs which only have 2 in a pack each. Looked cool so after finding these I bought the elves vs undead starter pack online for $5.70 shipped since the one I got didn't have the instructions included and I can't find them online anywhere. Anyone know where to find the instructions? And is this game any good or did I waste my money?
found a 60 card starter deck for this, missing the instructions for $1.99. I have been interested in this one for a while, but I'll probably never get enough cards to play a real game. Still , the game pack rat in me couldn't pass it up.
