This is the traditional weekly thrift and bargain finds list.
These lists may start empty but as always: add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted boardgames bought new. Don't forget to add your encounters with the Thrift Store Irritant Squad™ and any other embellishments in order to make it even more interesting.

All of the barter cards, all of the merchandise cards, and the special die are there - haven't counted all the glass gemstones yet but I won't exactly be shocked if some are missing, especially since the box wasn't sealed.
I had a rare Saturday off, so I decided to hit some stores. Yes Tim, I checked out the South side.
At my first stop, I spotted a copy of Wits & Wagers. I thought this might be a good day to thrift. It was in great shape, then I looked at the price tag...$14.99. Not even 50% off. Sorry, but back on the shelf you go.
I was getting ready to put this store on my "don't bother" list, when I spotted Scotland Yard. well, maybe it will be a good day of thrift.
Complete and in good condition, $1.99. That's more like it.
$6.99 at GW. 3rd highest price I've ever paid for a thrift store game, and the two highest still had bits in shrink. Don't know what possessed them to price this so high, but I find these big MB/PB boxes hard to pass up. Seems complete, but definitely played more than a few times.
.99 at GW. This is called the "Exclusive Tax Free" Magnetic Pocket Edition, published by Waddington's. It comes in a little faux leather folder that unfolds to reveal the board and bits. The money is still attached to the pads, and the houses, hotels and tokens haven't been separated.
