This is the traditional weekly thrift and bargain finds list.
These lists may start empty but as always: add your items.
Put in what you consider a bargain, tell us how much you paid and the place you got it from. Bargains can be thrift store finds or any second-hand purchases or discounted boardgames bought new. Don't forget to add your encounters with the Thrift Store Irritant Squad™ and any other embellishments in order to make it even more interesting.

Only other game worth a look was this, which is complete and the parts are in good condition. The same cannot be said for the box, which has box bottom dishing in a major way. Maybe a very heavy book will right it...
Version as pictured. Has a lot of wear on it and two blown corners. Missing the Lead Pipe and dice, but has everthing else. There is one oddity, for some reason, the previous owner decided to cut one corner off of each card. It wouldn't really matter, save that they were not consistent in which corner got cut. When looking at the back of the card, it was either the upper right or the lower left. About the only thing one can do to fix it, is cut the other corner the same way, so they have identical cuts.
Heroscape Swarm of the Marro for $1.99 at Value Village.
Very reasonable price! Was heavily taped up but a quick inspection showed terrain tiles and at least some of the figures are there. Now to add to an incomplete Heroscape Master Set: Rise of the Valkyrie that I found a few weeks ago, and I have a pretty good package for a math trade.
This game is listed at BGG as published in 2001, but this box says 1997 and has the old Gamewright logo on it. The box is also oriented vertical, so I suspect this is the original version not in the database?
