Possibly the most overused word on here, what does it actually mean?
Well, to me, a meeple must be a chunky 2D shape that has a humanoid form. Hopefuly, these images will reinforce the idea...
Suggestions welcome, but try to stick to my definition please! (That means HUMANOID figures only, please. I'll make another list soon for animals...)

...and his big brother. I'm considering painting white heads on my large meeples, so that I can tell the difference during play.

While the pig isn't strictly a meeple, this guy (known as Bob by our group) is, altough I'm not quite sure why he has 2 heads...

These almost fail to meet my definition, because they look almost clown shaped, and clowns aren't human...

I can't tell if these are different, but it looks like the arms are shorter.

Male and female meeples, 10 of each. Could be useful for a games design kit, if you can find a copy. Sorry, no better picture of these...

Meeples in trenchcoats. I think that these could be a cool design if they were a bit smaller.

Nice looking, and very detailed, but a little unstable, I'm guessing...

And yet more meeples that you only get 1 of each colour.

We refer to these as meeples. A bust of a meeple (A beeple? Horses are heeples? Ships are sheeples?)
