If you know of a game with a "board" made of cloth, drop it here. Even better if there is some nice artwork on it.
Of course boards made out of leather or any other material that's flexible are also welcome.

This is the only one that came to my mind, although it doesn't sport any fancy artwork.

Felt rollup board. Geometric design.

This one seems indeed the most interesting from the Pair-of-Dice Games sortiment.

Pair-of-dice games published several games on felt boards, including the above (Knockabout) and this which was in the Games 100 a few years ago.

Not only a soft board, but the entire game folds up and is stored "inside" the board which can be cinched into a bag.
(Also Pair-of-dice games)

Not quite plastic... but stronger than paper. I'm not sure what this mapboard is made from... but it does clean up real easy.

Very interesting, I think I'll have a closer look at "Viking Fury" from Ragnar Brothers, I very much like the theme and it fits the simplistic design. Nice one. :)

I was about to add this one - even went to check it's number. Then, luckily, I dsaw that it was already added.

It's a nice game. Unequal sides with some good strategy. Quite a heavyish brain-burner.

Just to warn you, there is a version of this with a cardboard board in a smallbox which is actually half the size of the real game, but sold as if identical. 6-by-6 board instead of 10-by-10 and half the number of pieces (except the king).

I believe backgammon also has been produced with a cloth playing area.

IMHO, the original soft board and tinkertoy(R)-style pieces were much more appealing than the later, hard board and "futuristic" EXTREME-edition pieces.

Not that I know any of the versions, I also like the earlier edition more from the look of it. Although I suspect tinkering around with the tiny sticks became easier with the upright plastic pieces.

That board doesn't look very well-behaved. That's what happens when you roll them up back side out. The ends want to fly up. Also this is a paper board. Cloth-backed vinyl is much nicer, especially if you keep it stored rolled board side out:

Just roll it the other way for a couple minutes before you play, and it flattens out well. Always store vinyl rolled up board side out- I have heard that this helps preserve the board.

Players use cards to move cars around the track. The twist is that the last car is always eliminated each round.
