Every year in November, Carnage hosts a weekend of tabletop gaming at the Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee, VT, including the best and newest in board games, card games, miniatures, and role-playing games.

Carnage is currently Vermont's longest-running and single currently operating game convention. First put on in West Lebanon, New Hampshire -- immediately adjacent to Vermont, as part of the Upper Valley -- it then moved to the Mount Ascutney Resort in Brownsville, Vermont for four years, and later to the Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee, Vermont, where it is held annually to this day.
