My original idea for "On the Radar" was to ask our listeners to give us feedback on games we've only heard a little about. This would prompt more discussion here. But if it also makes our listeners aware of new games, then that's fine too.

I'm on BGG (and other gaming sites) so much that I hear about everything as soon as any hint is published. I'm sure it's often likely that someone out there has more info than I do--those who go to conventions, who playtest, or are in the designer's/publisher's circles, etc.

If I could have voted twice I would have voted for Recently Played and On the Radar. I've found out about some interesting games from On the Radar. However, the recently played obviously has more detailed information by nature.

XP Pro is a more than capable OS for a multi-core processor... as long as you patch it that is. As far as the installed OS on your HDD is concerned, all you did is change some hardware (which it should auto detect) and it may require you to install new drivers and uninstall old ones to accommodate the new configuration.
