Yes:
Snow -- minus 1 to total movement points for that turn. Unlike sand which can be played as 2 points per hex.

Ice -- we play Thin Ice Damage. If you touch ice, you roll the 20d -- 19-20 results in wound. You do not have to stop for ice (unlike water).
