I like the fact that you uploaded the image at 1600 x 1031 Oldtree. It enables me to actually read the names of the cities when I view it at that resolution. It's quite sharp too. Thanks.

Emphasizing matching the card layout including the city illustration, while moving the region color to only the city plaque, is an interesting choice that works.
Also arranging regions into similar hues of blue, green, red-orange that score was good. The only one that sticks out is Lodz. By making it gray people instantly know it isn't part of the red-orange scoring group. But then there's some confusion if it's part of Baern from some players.
By looking at all the boards together, you can clearly see that the final board is the one with the least contrast, making it more difficult to mentally analyze. It may be more aesthetically pleasing, but it's not more playable.
Personally, I prefer the top right version the most, although the city artwork could be improved.
