Don't bother trying to persuade these foolish railways of that.

In the lower right corner, 'Bankruptcy', 'Insolvency' and 'No Director' charts most of their fates.

Those that make it through that, enjoy the apocalyptic results of WWI- before getting nationalized by British Rail, as a last resort.

It seems no one's sure why they thought these railways were a good idea; they just liked riding in them, on holidays.

Moreover, the official game rules specifically state that the circles are "towns", not cities. With the dits being small towns (or halts).
