The way this election is shaping up it would make for an interesting boardgame variant to the 1960 version.

Great image!

Especially if there was a way to include the primary battles.

I think just like the primary battles of 1960, they would best be served as cards.

Showing a little bias with your choice of pictures, Brian?

Nice idea, though.

Really? What bias is that? I'd like to know what you think my political slant is based on this picture alone.

I created this picture quickly for a Geeklist. As I mentioned there, I selected pictures and literature that matched the original box as much as possible: candidate protraits, behind the podium, debate, and marterial. Any bias there is the same as the original cover

I think that picture is awesome....and the reason I'll be voting for him (among a few other reasons).

I may be a little bias, but this is one of my favorite pictures.

It's creative and so appropriate for the time!

I can't get over McCain's facial expression...I imagine him thinking..."I'll get you, you just wait"!

Or....maybe he just really has to go #2.

Great Job Brian!

I stand corrected. At first I thought it was another "look at the crazy old man" swipe.

It's always given me the impression that he's thinking, "Oh man, I should've paid more attention to my doctor's advice to eat more fibre!"

I'd vote for Obama (sadly I'm a filthy non-american), but that McCain photo really is badass.

Is it just me, or does it look like they're about to kiss in that picture in the lower-right corner?

Only to be fair to McCain, it would be even more hilarious if the picture of Obama had 666 on his forehead or in the background. This is said in the spirit of good humor.

If Sarah Palin saw this graphic, I bet she'd say, "hey, how come I'm not on the box?"

Actually, I think she'd start talking to them without realising that they're only photographs. Then get frustrated and go pout when they refuse to acknowledge her
