I really love this image because it really shows how much fun a family can have playing games. I started playing games at my in-laws on Thanksgiving and Christmas about 8 years ago. At first it was mostly stuff like Uno and Phase 10, but over the years we have moved into less mainstream games. Anymore it seems that the gaming is what everyone looks forward to during the holidays.
I am the one taking the picture! I didn't play this game, I acted as a moderator, letting them know what to do and when to do it because this was everyone's first play.
I would like to thank all the geeks that thumbed this image. As of right now, your thumbs have made this the 4th most popular image of 2008, and the 14th most popular image of all time here on the geek! That's not too bad for a quick snapshot of a game in progress!
