I just noticed that this is the same situation, to the suit, as is depicted on the cover of Sklansky and Malmuth's Hold 'em Poker for Advanced Players.

I wonder if that board/hands predates the book? Or is that its origin?

And yes, great picture, probably my favorite on the site.
