I used th oversized meeple style from inns can cathedrals. I ordered some online in naked wood and painted them the colors I wanted. I scanned one at 300 DPI to use as a template. I then printed it out on glossy high quality label paper. I knew these were gonna see some ware and tear so I laminated the labels before cutting them out. I cut the lebels out in squares, matched the form of the zombie to the meeple and stuck the label on. now keep in mind the label is still just a square so i put the meeple, label side down on a cutting mat and cut away the excess material. I was left with a reasonable clean cut in a custom color. I am pleased with the way they turned out and folks who use them have been really pleased so far.
