I am having a hard time with Double Order at the top of this card

"Double Order: Issue an order to this Unit to issue orders to other two friendly Units in the same turn..."

Did you mean?

"Double Order: Issue an order to this Unit to issue orders to two other friendly Units in the same turn..."

It gives me pause as well, but I think it means this:

"Hey guy with the double-order icon: I give you my order token, but don't do anything, instead I'll pay even more order tokens to move up to two other guys."

I agree with Chris that it's probably an issue with the word order. The Summary has a few other editing needs on the Excite & Reactive traits.

seems clear:
When you issue to a double order, put one (or more) on it, then choose 2 units, and issue them orders, as you would normal. So it costs a lot but you get to move 2 units. Excite simply seems to say 'when unit a does one of these actions, put an order on this unit to get +1 die.
Reactive is clear as day.

I wish someone would post the Celtic player aid. I've found a couple 'trait' icons on the Celt troops that are not on this list.
