Seems like a most excellent way to take care of unwanted Magic Cards. Perhaps you could do something like that with all those unwanted Monopoly variant boards.
Thanks! I made these by cutting small slits into several magic cards (60, in this image) and then sliding them together. There's no glue or anything to hold them together, it's just interlocking cards, and yet they're surprisingly durable.

Norwich Terrioropoly or East Bumpville Kansasopoly can never be disgraced in this way!
Thanks for the link! Those look quite similar to mine (the thing that suprised me most when making these, is how few possible polyhedra there are, if you want all faces to be the same). My 60-card construction has more overlap at the three-point connections. Compared to the template provided at that website, the slits in the cards I used are about half an inch higher, so that the bottom one starts at the lower right corner. I'll draw up some diagrams and templates later.

OMG, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? Don't you know that you're required to save those cards in a huge box in your basement? Or possibly a multi-volume trade binder? The CCG Deities will STRIKE YOU DOWN!

Jack, if you are able to post the template, that'd would be much appreciated. I definitely prefer the tighter shape of your polyhedron to the one in the link posted. The wide overlap on the three-point is particularly nice looking.
I'll have to re-draw the templates on the computer; hopefully I'll have time for that tomorrow. I think I'm going to do a geeklist on how to make these yourself. Stay tuned!
