Playing "blindfold" chess with "invisible" pieces. Grandmasters typically play blindfold chess with computers, but amateurs usually use a board without pieces.
It looks to me to be a clear case of a draw due to insufficient material.
OTOH, it may be a new blindfold chess variant. As many are aware, there exists gifted individuals who can play chess without seeing the board. This might be a game in progress featuring imaginary pieces.
Of course, "touch move" might be a little difficult to enforce!
