It looks to me to be a clear case of a draw due to insufficient material.

OTOH, it may be a new blindfold chess variant. As many are aware, there exists gifted individuals who can play chess without seeing the board. This might be a game in progress featuring imaginary pieces.

Of course, "touch move" might be a little difficult to enforce!
