Now this is a box cover that would sell me a game, even if I'd knew nothing about it.

Civilization ... must .... have ... me.

It doesn't make sense though. Who would launch a rocket in downtown NY? Wait, there's a roman castle there. Must be Las Vegas. Must be, there's a sphinx too. Although they forgot to put the Excalibur castle in between. Hmmm, did they rebuild Stone Henge in LV?

Good!

Now I know what box cover to look for at the thrift store in six months.

Thank you for posting this image.

I like how this game received support from 2k Games and Fireaxis. Gives it that official feel, even if it may feel nothing like Civ4, which is (arguably, and imo) one of the best (and difficult, for me) strategy games ever made on the PC (no, I didn't play Civ 1 through 3, I never heard of it until Civ4, sadly).

I for one am hoping that this will be a fun and fast civilization game or at least faster than the ones that are out here now..in other words I can't wait for it to come out

I played the Eagle Games version. Not overly pleased with it. This looks like it might be almost as fun as the computer game. Can't wait!
