As there is no conflict title is the picture showing that a conflict arose, this is an illegal move, as there are two leaders of the same color in the kingdom displayed.

Could be an internal conflict about to be resolved.

Could be, but then the arrows pointing at 'supporters' are wrong. Supporters in an internal conflict are red, not in the colour of the leaders.

Surely not so...

Players use pieces of a symbol, not a colour. This pic is two farmers = internal conflict...

I say again, supporters for an internal conflict are always red. Therefore the lines pointing at the black and blue supporters are incorrect for this type of conflict.

Yep, supporters are red in an internal battle.

For me though, thing was, when my computer loaded the picture, the top half was off screen so I didn't even notice the "supporter" label. Whoops.

If it was an external conflict between the two blue leaders, the black tile wouldn't be a "supporter" either. So it seems like it's just an illustrative picture, not an example of play.

Chill people. I used the word supporters in the general sense... meaning "these are tiles that support the leaders". It's meant to be more for people who have never seen the game. Thanks for looking though.

I know it doesn't make a difference.. but the Monument in the picture should have either Black or Red stairs.. at least according to the (mayfair) rulebook.

Yep that was 12 Power Grid maps back to back over two days. Worth doing, but possibly not in such a concentrated burst.

Ooh yes, now a little to the left - my nose is itchy. No, no the other left! Now what colour is 12 supporter badge going to be I wonder?

Seconded. The two pieces must be different colours is the only really important thing, thus it should not have blue stairs which it doesn't and is thus perfectly OK.

It's "perfectly OK" provided the remaining monuments are:

Building/Stairs
Blue/Black
Green/Black
Red/Black
Green/Red
Red/Blue

.. which is why I originally said it doesn't make a difference.. because there are two different "correct" permutations.. although the rulebook provides the alternate combination(s).
