Actually, I'm guessing she was with the booth selling the "Wench" game, and not the Conquest of the Empire game. Course in that outfit, she could have represented the Scots...Oh wait, scots aren't in CotE...

Heck she is standing next to CCoE and as mentioned the map is behind her, so there is plenty of relevance. I have seen plenty of post where I was scratching my head, but this I understand fine.
