Rick & Leslie Vs. Noreen & Linda
Noreen and Linda started off with a made Tichu, but the early jump in point disintegrated around hand 3 as Rick and Leslie responded in kind.
A Tichu in hand 6, followed by Tichu Slam in hand 7 put Rick and Leslie on top 765-435. Linda and Noreen responded with 2 Slams in the next 4 hands, as well as a missed Tichu, to put them less than 50 points back.
In the final hand, they made their own Tichu Slam to win 1165 to 935. Excellent game all around, and much closer than the score makes it appear.
