This is a list of game stores around the world - found on BGG. BGG is a great place to ask advice on where the good stores can be found. Of all the posts I've read so far, there are just a few that couldn't be answered.

In this post I've tried to arrange the threads on gamestores by country. I don't want to link to gamestore websites, because you can find those yourself. Furthermore: these links give you advice from fellow BGG'ers; where to go and what to avoid.

If you spot any mistakes (especially on the US regions...and possible wrong links), please tell.

Please remember: BGG'ers like to link. So a lot of threads will link to other threads. Clicking around the links in this post will probably get you some of the same threads. And some threads don't have that much info or it may be outdated. Sorry about that. Please tell if additional info should be added.

Two stores: one in Chantilly, VA, and the other in Woodbridge, VA. Game Parlor is the gaming Mecca in northern Virginia, offering a broad selection of wargames, Eurogames, traditional games, CCGs, miniatures, PC games, and RPG books, and assorted game supplies. Each store provides approximately 40% of its floor space to free gaming and special miniatures tables. Each store is 3-store fronts wide. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stores are open til 10:00pm daily.

They're not online stores, only (mostly) 'real' FLGS.

If you're in Bristol (England - UK), visit "Area 51" at 230 Gloucester Road.
The shop is open Monday to Saturday for games & comics.
There is also a Thursday Evening games club (7 till late).
