I agree that those three colors are mislabeled, and the error is perpetuated in the solution explanation. But it's solvable the way it is.

The problem is a base change. HEX 20 = Decimal 32 = " " (space) in ASCII.

ahh - (s)/he could have accidentally used hex instead of dec for that one - read from wrong column in the table
