That little video is getting really annoying.

If this website is a hoax, it's a very convincing one. If it's not a hoax, then I'm skeptical, but very very concerned...

At the bottom of their 'Human' section it says this:

Bavaria is a Dutch beer brand. Perhaps this is part of their marketing campaign in Asia? Though it has a *ahem* different feel compared to the rest of their campaign...

Heh, German games make the losers sit through their humiliation to the very end, that's why I like them. Oh, you're 50 VPs behind and have no hope of winning? You're not walking away. You're going to sit right there for the next hour going through the motions and watching me win. :D

That's why I like games like Carcassonne or TTR, that have a hidden scoring component. In German we have a saying that goes "Wer zuletzt lacht, lacht am besten." (Who laughs last, laughs best.) If I had GG for all those times where a surefire winner had to admit defeat in the end, I'd have an avatar by now! ;)
