Aside from being in full color, is this rulebook different from the one in the main game? Are there changes or updates/errata in this one?

Yes, it is.

First, it has about a dozen graphical examples of play not found in the standard rule book. Additionally, it includes a few additional scenarios for the "Extended Campaign" and the "Southern Shoulder" as well as "Erasing the Bulge" scenario notes.

I'm not sure if there was any errata in the standard rulebook, so I can't answer that.

So far, there has yet to be any errata for the final L2 edition of this game.
