Chaos Tichu is a somewhat uncommon variant played on BSW, and I haven't found anything about it on BGG, so here 'tis:
Chaos Tichu
Every hand, one player from each partnership MUST call Grand Tichu.
That's it. We usually say things like "not me" or "my cards are bad" or "I'm ok, what about you?" etc. but don't allow talking about specific cards in your hand.
Let the chaos begin...

is grande tichu the same as blind tichu?
called before any card in the hand is played? I might have to look that up. please help.

Grand Tichu must be called after only 8 cards are dealt to each player. It's worth 200 points instead of the 100 that a regular tichu call is worth.
One good thing about playing some Chaos Tichu is that you will learn what hands can make Grand Tichu calls. You'll then be more comfortable making Grand Tichus when playing regular Tichu.
