This event is part of the very short, and very small, and just created 2007 IAGO World Tour. :)

The 2007 season will consist of this event and a second one.

This is an event report for the 2nd Annual Pacru / Azacru Michigan Open, which was held at the U-Con Gaming Convention in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, from noon until 3:00 pm on November 11, 2007.

Only two people came out to compete, but four other competitors had to cancel at the last minute due to travel, work and other scheduling-related difficulties. Although they were missed, the tournament proceeded. The results for the two events were as follows:

Azacru: Gabriel Tamaska of Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA defeated Clark Rodeffer of Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. With her win, Gabriel takes over the title of 2007 Michigan Open Azacru Champion from Stewart Tame, who was unable to attend to defend his title of 2006 Michigan Open Azacru Champion.

Pacru: Clark Rodeffer of Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA defeated Gabriel Tamaska of Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. With his win, Clark takes over the title of 2007 Michigan Open Pacru Champion from Alain Dekker, who was unable to attend to defend his title of 2006 Michigan Open Pacru Champion.

Many thanks to Pacru LTD and Mike Wellman, who generously sponsored this tournament event, not only with prize support, but also for covering the entry fees for the participants. Thanks also to the staff and volunteers of the U-Con Gaming Convention for allowing me to host this event. Finally, thanks to to IAGO for their publicity help. The 2nd Annual Pacru / Azacru Michigan Open marks the final event of the 2007 IAGO World Tour.
