I'm a little upset. I've only seen a few hot girls in the past few days. Although that said, I did find....

Evelina, you can roll my dice anytime baby...
But seriously... can we please get a few more pictures of girls holding games? Bonus thumbs up for emo girls and those with wicked cool mascara.

Alternate thread titles:
I've put thumbs up for others! Wouldn't you like your thumb up too?
There's no good way to put it. And for the record, the PC police can only arrest you if you buy into their little game. It's kind of like going to hell or Santa Claus.
So..... I've seen all THOSE hot girls. Where's all the new ones? Have hot girls stopped playing games recently?
I'm open to girls holding boxes... possibly fondling game parts. Possibly even reading rulebooks if the rulebooks have nice staples. Please share!

Its creepy posts like this that make me consider deleting my account and never coming here again. Sorry to spoil everyone's fun by being the "boring PC police". Is it any wonder so many wives and girlfriends don't want to play games? Its not the games, its the company.

I'm not sure I see<why this is creepy.. But, I don't see the point of the request either, all sorts of people play board games, no doubt there's all sorts of pictures here, go look for them, lazy.. Or go look elsewhere and leave us to our playing.

The problem is that a considerable number of users seems to be frustrated teenage boys or adult men who still behave like frustrated teenage boys. The problem is not that these users aren't politically correct, but that they're immature, disrespectful, and very, very pathetic. Threads like this one, similar geeklists, and picture comments of the same spirit make me ashamed to be a part of this community.

The original poster is a married man, not a teenage boy.

I don't know why you would be ashamed, you have no control over what all these people post. All you can do is call them an immature idiot (which you have done) and move on.

I actually thought the entire thing was a humorous joke that:
- teased the people who obsess over these images - teased the people who whine about them being so highly rated. - also promoted the images, because they are fun.
I've found in life you can either whine about how things are or you can find a way to embrace them. There's something to enjoy anywhere if your spirit stays young and your mind remains open.

Seriously? Find me any forum that involves some male-dominated hobby that doesn't have a few threads involving pretty girls doing something related to that hobby. Do you think that nobody posts "creepy" pictures of girls in football jerseys or girls fixing cars?
It always brings a smile to my face when I see a pretty girl wearing a shirt for a band I like, so why shouldn't I enjoy a picture of a pretty girl holding a board game? I like girls, and I like board games. I really like girls who like board games. But if I express a enjoyment of a picture that combines the two, even one that isn't even SLIGHTLY suggestive, somehow that becomes creepy?
I understand what you are saying, and there are a lot of folks in this hobby who don't really understand how to interact with anyone, much less women, but I don't particularly think that appreciating pictures of pretty gamer girls is indicative of some sort of social impairment.

Your attempt at sarcasm in the original post didn't come through nearly as well as it could have. Use more obvious hyperbole next time. You mostly just came off as a creep, unfortunately. It even weirded ME out, and that's remarkable.

I think the solution to this is that the girls of BGG thumb up all the cute guy images. I have uploaded some of me, so thumb away.

I also think we need more serious pictures of people gaming instead of pictures of cute scantily clad females uploaded just to get easy thumbs
Here's a picture of me to show that I take my German style gaming seriously for example.

Yet another reason I regret the removal of the "Thumbs Down" option.
