The latest Spielbox magazine offers 6 new Craftsmen that can be used with the basic game and/or the 5-6 Player expansion.

The English rules of this free expansion:

OMG, that's awesome!

Where can I get this expansion if I don't get Spielbox Magazine!?!?!

- Seth

My opinions on first glance:
The Beggar and Tinsman sound pretty good. The Marketwarden guy sounds like he could be OK - it's nice that he give points without needing resources. I wish he'd come out a round sooner though, but that might be crazy in a 5 or 6 player game. The 1 of each -> 5vp guy seems decent also, though not as profitable in the last round as some other guys. The 1 cube -> 1vp guy sounds horrible at capacity 1. I've never been too excited by the $3->VP guys. He seems OK I guess, but I usually feel like I have better things to do with my money than pay $3 for 1vp. I prefer $2->1vp and I try to manufacture that rate with my money.

Seth,
get yourself a test subscription - it's 19 Euros (shipping included) for 3 issues. http://www.spielbox-magazin.de/smabogesch_e.php
Hope that helps :)

Hmm... I wonder if there's another way, since that would be $30+ for a 6-card expansion (and frankly, most of the cards seem somewhat mediocre), and 3 magazines I can't read.

Does anyone have these expansion cards and not want them?

See this thread: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/159361
For my earlier thoughts on additional craftsmen.

Maybe post in the Spielbox-Forum. Likely around 90% there have the Spielbox-Magazin and it's not uncommon that one player asks another for the expansions.

Btw: of course there's also the option to get just the one issue but you'll usually end up pretty good if you sell the expansions you don't want to keep.

Does each magazine have different expansions for different games?

Almost all have lately, but some only have the game inside the magazine or something else. You could also order some older issues with expansions and the new one. They are very helpful and you can contact them in english.
Let me know though if you need any translation help!

OMG!! That is awesome. New craftsman would be an awesome way to expand POE. Obviously someone else thinks so as well. :p

It's a not-so-updated list of expansions. Add to this the
Zooloretto Wanderbaustellen, which I sold for 106 geekgold

Take a look here: http://www.spielbox-magazin.de/smheftarchiv.php

You can also order single issues if you ever place an order at milan-spiele.de as they also sell them.

I like the goldsmiths. If you have one you can sell any ressources you can't use effectively otherwise and turn them into VPs.
