Quick Summary: A real brain-burner, although lighter than some. Quick, and the theme matches - although it lacks excitement.

No detailed mention of pushing Polar Bears onto ice floes with other explorers on. A real oportunity for shafting there. You may not 'die' but if you can't fend off the bear with fish you have to start again. So if the concept of emergency air-vac isn't 'exciting' enough, pretend that the expolorer gets ripped limb from limb and a new recruit has to start again from Alaska.

We always love Tom's energy, but this review makes the game seem more complicated than it is. I agree with Big Bad Lex that the polar bear "bouncing" is a grave omission. When deployed well, this is one of the aspects that can make this game exciting.

Tom's been doing this for a while, so I wish this felt more organized. Or couldn't he develop some editing skills to depart from the one shot perspective? Instead of the videos, I prefer reviews with photos and writing, as I can read faster than Tom can speak.

Can't watch the review cos I'm at work, but I've always felt the "air-lift" was a cop-out. So, we've considered making it more cut-throat and just taking them off the board. Person with most explorers crossed is the winner.
