I've cut up the cards uploaded by Zac Dortch (LordRaidor) so that they can be submitted to Artscow or the like.

What is artscow?

Why wouldn't these be posted in the files section here versus off-site?

Artscow is a site that you can upload photos/files to and print 54 card playing decks (this would take at least 3 or more decks). The material is pretty decent (better than printing it on cardstock through your inkjet). These files can't be hosted here since they're too large (together, I think these are over 100M). The cards are already here in sheets...just not in individual files for each card.

The links above are identical. Do you have another for the player selection cards?

Probably not - I'd rather stay with the original theme should I buy the game (I have no one to play it with right now). I've never gotten into Dr. Who, but I had some time and someone asked for them to be cut up, so I went ahead and did so. Hopefully someone who does order them can post (but it'll be at least 2 weeks). It'll take at least 4 decks (I think) if you use the same card back for the player action selection cards. If you use the checkout code mentioned elsewhere (CARDS388), that will cost you $5.88 x 4 ~ $24.

Below are some examples. Please note that I did NOT do the artwork/make the cards. All credit goes to Zac Dortch (LordRaidor). All I did was cut them up. There is an adobe file with all the cards in sheets in the files section if you want to see all the cards.

Thanx...
DOHHT!!!

...Boy, now I feel really stoopid... ^_~

David came to me a week ago and politely asked if I had the 'individual images' for the cards (instead of the unified PDF) 'cause he wanted to use them at 'artscow'...

I'd never used (or even seen) 'artscow', but I assumed that he wanted the individual pages extracted. I peeled the PDF apart into JPG pages and sent them back to him a couple days later...

Only now do I realize that he wanted individual CARD images.

*_*

Thanx for 'cutting' the cards apart Garry. And special thanx to David for just telling me 'Thanks Zac' and then quietly going to Garry for cutting, instead of coming back to me and saying "Gee, you sure are dense..."

^_^

As a side-note, ...I took my PDF files to the local FedEx-Kinco's for printing, along with my own #110 card-stock for them to use. The final ticket there was $20 and change. Add the $5 for the cardstock and $2 for the penny-sleves I put them in, and the grand-total was about $27 to get my first set printed. ...Seems about comparable to the current 'artscow' deal, though I can't vouch for a quality comparison between the two printers...

^_^

Error: This file has been removed from the server, because the file has not been accessed in a long time.

I am getting the above error message for the player cards link. Would you be willing to re-post them?

Thank you both!I have been admiring these cards for quite some time

Does anyone have these that they can re-up? The links aren't working anymore.

Also, has anyone printed these out? How are the cards sized and are there any issues with bleed?

The original uploader has logged in to bgg today, might want to pm him in case he isn't subscribed to this thread.
