I've been following the discussions on new map ideas for Zombie Plague a little, and found some maps online that could work for ZP with minimal editing. While we're talking about maps, let me say that Kwanchai's maps and the ship map by Phackmann are great!

Many of these maps have green borders around "hindering terrain." If you treat it as impassable, large portions of the maps will be inaccessible, so maybe it would work if it took 2 AP for humans to move into hindering terrain, and zombies could move freely into it, or zombies have to end their move when entering hindering terrain but can still attack if they have remaining AP. Just a thought.
This site has maps for a high school, asylum, wrecked Police station, a multistory house inspired by Night of the Living Dead, a highway bridge, a farmhouse with a corn maze, and a huge shopping mall inspired by Dawn of the Dead. They look great. http://www.flickr.com/photos/76106906@N00/sets/7215760464496...
This forum post on Dundjinni has two maps, a ruined Police station (I really like this one) and an abandoned shack/house in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately, the high-res versions of them don't seem to be available anymore. http://www.dundjinni.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=7260&PN=...
This site has a campground map, a subway station map (might be a cool add-on for a city map), and a research facility map. http://web.mac.com/shidara1/The_Horroclix_Crypt/Maps.html
This site has a couple Mausoleum/graveyard maps. http://www.itswickedfun.net/reference/maps.html
All they need is some Search spots added and they're good to play!
All those maps and still no hospital anywhere. Fellow BGG'er Mbourgeois has some hospital rooms in his personal gallery, though. It wouldn't be too hard to put them all together and leave some hallway space in between; you could even make a modular hospital map out of these rooms like that (place the rooms on a blank board, leaving hallway space between them).
