November 19-22, 2009 - Dallas, Texas (actually Irving - which is right outside of Dallas) at the Westin DFW.
$60 for early bird registration (before May 31st) $80 after May 31st.
Rooms are $115 (+tax) per night.
The Westin DFW has recently completed a $26 million renovation and is very very nice.
For the convention we have a 10,000 square foot ballroom for gaming goodness. Dedicated vendor space is 5000 square feet in size, right in the main ballroom.
The library will be bigger than ever. We'll have new Essen releases and a bunch of other special events. We have 23,540 square feet of gaming!
Attendees receive a 10% Discount in hotel restaurant.
Note: We are limited in space by the number of rooms at the hotel - PLEASE reserve your hotel room early - you know how quickly we sold out last year. Don't miss this!
