French online magazine Tric Trac has posted a brief teaser about 3 cards that will be in Dominion:Intrique. They specifically mention the Filisofia edition, but presumably the card mix is identical for all languages. The article us dated April 2nd.
NOTE that the original post has been updated to correct any errors that come to light.
Details:
Masquerade: Cost 3, Action, Draw 2, every player must pass one card to the player on their left. Then you may trash one card.
Duke: Cost 5. VP card. Worth 1VP for each Duchy you own, so a deck with 5 Dukes and 6 Duchys is worth 6*3 + 5*6 = 48.
Ironworks: Cost 4, Action. Gain a card upto value 4. If you gained an Action card, +1 Action. If you gained a treasure card +1 coin. If you gained a VP card, draw +1 card.

In the article the cost of this card is 4. These look interesting, let's hope it's not an April fool's thing.

Wow, the Duke will make a very interesting set up if in play. Can't wait for it.

Corrected. Thanks for spotting that.
As I mentioned, the article is dated April 2nd, but there's always this little doubt...

Cool! Thanks for the info.
Btw the Masquerade card is almost exactly the same as my "Merry-go-round" card suggestion I put in the "card ideas" thread. Man I feel smug... But why isn't it an "attack"?
On an unrelated note.. 45 euros? More expensive then the US version with outrageous international shipping costs and customs thrown in?? What a rip-off..
Edit: The card pictures (click to enlarge):
The Duke looks quite un-Dominiony which would reinforce the April Fools idea...

This matches what Ludibay quotes as the French RRP for the French edition of the base game (Ludibay sell it at €39).
Milan-Spiele have the German base game + expansion both at €26.

As a French speaker, let me correct the inaccuracies of your translations:
SteveK2 wrote: Masquerade: Cost 3, Action, Draw 2, every player must pass one card left and discard one card.
Masquerade: Cost 3, Action, Draw 2, every player must pass one card left. Then you may trash one card
SteveK2 wrote: Duke: Cost 5. VP card. Every Duke increases the value of every Duchy +1VP, so a deck with 5 Dukes and 6 Duchys is worth (3+5)*6 = 48.
Duke: Cost 5. VP card. Worth 1VP for each Duchy you own.
So, 5 Dukes and 6 Duchys are 5*6= 30 points for the Dukes, and 6*3=18 points for the Duchys themeselves. Total 30+18=48. The example is misleading. At least, that's how I understand the French text.

The Duke translation actually isn't misleading, but it complicates things a bit. It's much easier to say "Duke is worth 1VP for every Duchy" then "Each Duke makes every Duchy worth 1VP more."
I guess the "explanation" was taken from the article, not from the card itself.

Thomas - thanks for cleaning up the translation. It was originally auto-translated. The difference between discard & trash is obviously rather important.
For the second case, the words may have changed but the VP effect is surely identical.

Good to see some more artists into the mix, so the set is a bit more interesting art-wise, but shouldn't these cards have an Intrigue expansion symbol somewhere?
-
-
To nitpick a little bit more, the Foundry's text shouldn't be "take a card" but rather "gain a card", to keep things consitent with the base Dominion and clear up confusions whether you put the new card in your hand or on the discard pile.
Also, I wonder if "Foundry" is the card playtesters complained it slows down the game too much, or there is another one which complicates things even more?

Masquarade is great card. IMHO there is lack of this kind of interaction in basic 25 cards.
Now I'm waiting for some cards "Attack" which keep down "Chapel Decks".

I think Masquarade is a non-attack card which hurt chapel decks a lot. Imagine you have only gold + provinces in hand (and mybe a good draw card, like adventurer). And then you have to give a card to your neigbour, and get a copper instead.

Or a Curse.

Nice thing about Masquerade is that the player playing a string of Masquerades can seriously get rid off junk while the other players can just pass the "bad" cards along, losing only one card in the process.

This thread is going to be a bit hard to follow if you correct the first post every time someone spots an error.
However, if you're going to do it, then you should be complete about it. As Thomas Bugnon points out, it's only the active player who gets to trash a card after Masquerade, not every player, and the trashing is optional, not compulsory, which I think makes it a distinctly better card than your (current) translation suggests.
-
-
Agreed.
I haven't even bothered to re-check the first post, but the translation is seriously wrong. It should read:
Quote: Masquerade: Cost 3 Action
Draw 2 cards
Every player must pass one card from his hand to the player on the left. Then you may trash one card from your hand.

I didn't know about this preview, but those are real cards. They are computer images and not scans, which explains how they can be missing the expansion symbol. The card named "Fonderie" is called "Ironworks" in English.
Masquerade isn't an attack because it would be way too confusing when it got Moated.

Agreed. What started as one little price correction then blossomed into a series of translation corrections / improvements.
However ... the alternative is to leave the initial post unchanged, and require every reader to then read all the corrections.
I've decided to update the original post, but I'm now emphasising that any errors reported in this thread have been incorporated.

Incidentally, will we still use the term "Moated" when Intrigue comes out? And if not, can we hear the new term so we can, like, start including it in our everyday conversation?

Ok, this is either amazing or just plain painful. I was already excited about the expansion. Maybe a bit too excited
But now I'm frothing at the mouth, and still a month to wait......aaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!

The new cards do look neat. While I'm not sure I like the Masquerade not being an attack, it's a minor concern at best for me. The art on the cards, especially Masquerade, looks awesome. I also like the idea behind the Ironworks.
