161 different folks (1 gaming group & 160 individuals) submitted lists of the games they played 5+ (nickels) & 10+ (dimes) in 2008... and I, your humble servant, have done the tabulating & number-crunching in order to bring you (fanfare, please) the 11th Annual Five & Dime Report.

Anyhoo, over the next couple of weeks, I'll be releasing this information over on my blog, aka pastor guy, with some highlights posted to this thread to whet your appetite. (What does that mean, anyway? Do I need something to drink when I'm hungry or if I drink something, it'll make me hungry or are you going to use a sharpening stone on my taste buds - ouch!?)

Day Twelve (and then some): Decay Rates
This time around, we're getting statistical (Olivia Newton-John as a gamer: "Let's get statistical, statisical!" OK, maybe not.) and calculating the decay rate in the popularity of some of the biggest games here on BGG.
Two games have no decay whatsoever after 5+ years of play: Tichu & Chicken Cha Cha Cha. (Yes, that's an odd pair. I noticed it, too.)
