The only thing that intrigues me doesn't seem to come with the bag. Those craft storage cases seem perfect.

Splendid. Like an EndersGame review without the irritation of searching for the little bits of text amongst all the great big images.

So all the minis and tiles fit in 2 of those cases? What about the terrain pack?
I may just do this...I have a hard time throwing away game boxes but this looks really slick.
How did you organize the tiles to make 'em easy to find? By expansion? Terrain type?

Joseph was the one who sold me on the Campaign Bag. I have two each of the Mediterranean, Pacific, East Front, and Winter/Desert boards. All of the armies are stored in Plano boxes, though I keep all the boards in one original Memoir box.
My bag weighs in at about 25 lbs.

I got two base sets and all the expansions in there. Terrain pack too!.
You gotta be patient in placing stuff in there, but it works well.
Although it didn't show in the review, I tried to segregate tiles by terrain type, instead of expansion.
Cheers!

Hi. They're all made by Akro-Mils. Here are the specs. The small containers are the "05705CLCFT Small Case".
Model No. Desc Maximum Compartments
05705CLCFT Small Case 15 05807CLCFT Medium Case 10 05905CLCFT Large Case 18

To further pimp the cases, they have actual hinges, instead of those lame foldy hinges where the plastic bends and stresses.
If you buy the cases in person, check the hinges to make sure they weren't damaged or warped. Warps hinges may be warmed and bent back into place.
I can't recommend these cases enough.

Just bought two large and one small. Without the super-helpful suggestion to check the hinges I would have come home with a twisted one.

Many thanks,

For what it's worth, I found the exact model of the large plastic storage containers at Walmart for a great price.

Is there an index number for those boxes, the ones big enough to take the hexes
also, where can I get those deck boxes that look like they clip shut? In Europe I mean. I have a lot of card deck boxes but they are just those stupid plastic ones that dont stay closed. useless.

I was able to find the plastic storage cases at Hobby Lobby for under $10 each. They work very well.

Wow, this was the best accessory review I've seen on BGG. I loved how it was to the point and illustrated.
More pictorial reviews please!

Those craft cases work perfectly well! Just got them this week and put my base game, plus EF, AP, PT, an TP all in two large ones. For now, the rest sits in the old Air Pack box.
