Just found this posted on the KPG website:

What started in 2000 is coming to an end as Khyber Pass Games begins production of it's final game, Tanga - 1914.

After the release of this game in June/July of this year the company will be disbanded. But this is not the last you will hear of us as each is pursuing his own interests in the hobby.

Thank you for your suport of the almost 10 years of business.

You missed one bit:

Quote:
For all customers who currently have Pledged for a KPG game, please visit the Legion Wargames website where you can Pre-Order most of those same games.

That website is at http://www.legionwargames.com/

Hopefully, all we'll get is a name change and a better website...

I would say that it is more than a name change.

Certainly, but to the customer I hope it won't be a bad change. By the looks of the Legion website plenty of KPG preorderers have reordered, so hopefully they'll get things up & running quickly.

Okay, so I'm a bit confused.

KPG will be disbanded (or has been, by now), and yet there's a listing for a game from "them" in 2010.

Picket Duty - Okinawa: March - June 1945

So, will KPG start up again with a different line up, or is this just a temporary "holder" until Mr. Dixon finds new digs?

As I understand it, KPG will be disbanded following the release of Tanga 1914. KPG games in-stock and 12 of the games in the KPG pre-order system migrated to the new Legion Wargames: http://www.legionwargames.com/index.html. Picket Duty - Okinawa: March - June 1945 is not listed on the current KPG website nor on the Legion Wargames website. I guess you could send an inquiry to Mr. Dixon directly or Mr. Lein at Legion Wargames.

Legion Wargames has updated the BGG database for the
Picket Duty - Okinawa: March - June 1945 entry,
saying that it will be added to their pre-order system later this year.
