Nicely done Joe - I believe you made a comment about a "destroyed" infantry unit going into the loss box; you showed the 1-step counter being placed in the loss box. As I understand it, the infantry unit goes into the loss box at the instant it is reduced to one step. What's left of the company is left to fight on for as long as it can, but for loss purposes, the unit is destroyed.
I hope that's right!

Actually this booklet of the history of Omaha beach was a feature article in World at War Magazine No 3 by strategy and tactics.
It is a very interesting read.
