I've been interested in ths (and RAF: The Battle of Britain 1940) for awhile and finally have it on pre-order. After seeing the review, I'm really glad!

You're going to love them both, Cindy! RAF and DDOB will provide you hours (if not days) of enjoyment and suspense. I bought them both this summer and not much else is getting done 'round here...

Great review. I picked this up as well as RAF at Origins this year, but haven't even taken them out of the shrink.

Glad to see the one I knew the least about appears to be an awesome purchase!

Well, I'm sold! Thanks for the review, Joe. It looks a bit complex, but I was glad to hear that you mentioned a beginner's scenario. Thanks!

Really well done video review. This is good stuff.

My only constructive criticism would be to move the camera less (tripod?) and when doing closeups of the counters, try to move the tweezers less.

Ok, well, having said that I'm off to dice tower to see more :)

Edit:
Ok, while DiceTower.com was interesting (some WWI photos there that held a lot of promise), I guess I should have looked closer and gone to TheDiceTower.com...

I have about 10 or more solitarie games and I think this is my favorite. The reason is that you have a lot of freedom to pick the strategy you want and the system is incredibly good at giving you a challenge no matter your choice. Very well designed and a joy to play.

Lot of great solitaire games this year. I'm currently playing "Where There is Discord" for the first time.
