By essen last year we already knew what was coming in the next year... well, I could be misremembering it, but it would still be nice to know what's next.

I know that one thing that will be coming is a new "flavor" of the Brass engine - one that is more "one-size-fits-all", along with maps for NE United States and England.
I'm not certain there will be more subscriptions per se - I do know that "Warfrog" will go away, and "Treefrog" will be the company name, and that Martin plans on kicking up his number of copies printed per game, while still giving the first thousand or so the chance to obtain a signed copy of the game, with something "special" inside.
But he mentioned this in his interview with Derk and Aldie, at Essen (http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/2408163).
